After two long days in the park

Logan didn't take a nap either of the 2 days. He was running strong. He finally lost his control and fell asleep on the way home. After this picture was taken daddy carried him into the hotel room. I then gave him a bath. He slept through the whole thing. Water being poured over his head and a good scrub down (since he had a ton of sunscreen on him). Then I stood him at the potty and he went. ALL SLEEPING. After daddy got him dressed and put him in bed he handed him snapper. With a huge smile of his face he hugged snapper and said 'turn off the lights' and didn't move the whole night. I haven't laughed so hard in my life.

That's the toy he got. He decided he needed that one while we were waiting.

Logan became a man on our way home. We pulled over on the side of the road and he went potty. He did so good at Disneyland. No accidents at all! We sat down for a 20 minute show and when the lights when down he said he had to go potty. We did a bad thing and said just go in your pull up. But he held it the whole time and still made it to the bathroom.

Only 2 more days till Disneyland. We've been counting down since day 36. We are all so excited.

We dedicated the kids this weekend at church. Grommy (as Logan calls her) got Ellie is beautiful necklace for the special day.

1st swim of the year

We are going to have a hard time keeping Logan's swim trunks on this year.
He doesn't like it when they get wet. Ellie wasn't too big of a fan but the water was pretty cold.

How sweet is he?

Ellie loves her bumbo seat. She will sit it for about 10 minutes most of the time. Which is really a long time for not being able to hold her head up well. Her head slowly gets lower and lower. But she loves to sit up and see everything that is going on.

Ellie turned 2 months old last week. She weighed in at 12.7 and was 23 1/2 inches long. She has found her voice and loves to talk to anyone who will listen. She's been sleeping 6-7 1/2 hours straight at night, which we're so thankful for. :) She got shots last Friday and handle them very well. Ellie loves her activity gym and her bumbo seat. She loves to sit up and see everything that is going on. She is growing up too fast. We can't ask for a better baby.
